Kent Stainless was chosen for this project due to the technical expertise and experience of the company in delivering similar scale projects. The ‘hidden lock’ removable 6” bollard, which was desinged for Wembley stadium, was also used at the Aviva with some slight modifications.
The critical design changes of the bollard (from Wembley to the Aviva) included a new lock insert, a larger reflective strip and a range of varying depth sockets to suit the changes in ground levels throughout the site.
